Operations

The staff kitchen app: 149 seeded ingredients, flexible units, a community recipe book, live per-serving nutrition and a barcode restocking flow. Built phone-first for use on the kitchen floor.

Media · platform

The shared runtime behind rewind.kituwa.com and referstash.com. Each site has its own config, theme, database, media tree, admin login and passkey scope while sharing the web, admin, sync and database core.

Infrastructure · infrastructure

The AWS VPS, nginx, k3s cluster, local registry, persistent volumes, secrets, DNS, certificates, backups, monitoring and deploy scripts that every project runs on.

Library · library

An offline-first farm library: 159 community articles, 359 formulas, 51 filed machines, a 49-type equipment menu and 1,489 public-domain books totalling 444,737 pages. Every page carries a source panel and the core works without internet.

Community

A people-only directory for the local network. Neighbours add themselves with phone, email, social links and a website; entries are public immediately and locked, and only an admin can edit, hide or remove them.

Commerce

The kituwa.com storefront: a locally hosted mirror of the Shopify catalogue with a real cart, checkout, orders, contact inbox and admin. Stripe Checkout is wired behind environment keys; without them orders are recorded as pending payment.

Operations · service

The passkey-protected Kituwa command centre at metrics.kituwa.com. It combines public all-pages metrics, ads, settings, system status and the project registry. One FastAPI app serves the Kituwa site config from sites/kituwa.

AI / Collections

Scan a Pokémon card with a phone camera and see every printed signal that agrees: artwork fingerprint, collector number, printed total, name, illustrator, regulation mark, edition stamp and set symbol. Confirm the match, add it to a collection and track value, cost basis and alerts.

Automation · automation

The original Rewind MODE publishing engine: SQLite queue, ffmpeg reel renderer, Meta Graph scheduling, approval gates, retries, takedown and the multisite admin that now also serves Kituwa Metrics.

Security · security

The encrypted secrets vault on the VPS. It collects sensitive files into one age-encrypted bundle with a passphrase prompted on every operation, plus DNS snapshots and a helper CLI.

Commerce

A multi-artist digital art storefront: public artist pages, preview uploads, private originals, Stripe Connect checkout, print-shop links, support links and guest purchase retrieval.

Social · platform

A small self-hosted social site for people you know: a chronological friends-only feed, exact-username friend requests, invite links and a Cinny chat room created when a friendship is accepted. Direct messages use Matrix end-to-end encryption.

Commerce

A shared co-op storefront for Runchero Beef, Fermentation Station and Runchero Freeze-Dried. Each business has its own catalogue, pricing and comparisons; pickup, cart, checkout, accounts and admin are shared.

Automation · automation

A scheduled Pokémon card price monitor: pulls TCGplayer market prices, computes the biggest movers, writes ready-to-post captions, and publishes through n8n. Telegram alerts fire when a workflow fails.

AI / Tooling · service

Timmy is the OpenCode assistant embedded in Kituwa admin panels. Unlock it with a passkey, then work in the live repository. It prefers the Trinity worker, falls back to Elcomms, and uses the VPS only when both are unavailable.

Documentation · docs

The shared protocol library: authentication, security, sharing, referrals, moderation, payments, deployment, offline resilience, audit and worklog rules. Protocol 21 adds the project registry contract.

Marketplace

A fair-shuffled referral and affiliate deal deck. Visitors find working codes, signed-in users submit and track them, and admins moderate submissions. Includes SEO deal pages, Stripe billing and a passkey-first account system.

Community

A community-written constitution where proposals are debated for a fixed window, votes are cast, and every accepted version is committed to a self-hosted git history. It includes roles, avatars, feedback, admin tools and a public charter site.

Automation

Auto-detected deployed project outside the reviewed registry. The score is a filesystem estimate from docs, tests, build and deploy files, security signals and whether it has a live URL.

Archive

A local-network website depot. Paste a URL and the app copies it politely with HTTrack so manuals, guides and reference sites stay readable when the internet does not.

Planning

An interactive pixel-art map of the Runchero Farms property. Click a building or area for photos, specs, construction notes, maintenance logs and events; the admin console edits places, layers, categories and records.

Tooling · service

The self-hosted OpenCode Manager container: a web dashboard for repositories, sessions and the OpenCode server, with passkey configuration and a persistent data volume.

Infrastructure · service

The containerized OpenCode server on the Trinity node, with a chisel tunnel, k3s deployment, image import job and a bootstrap script. Timmy prefers this backend when it is available.

Monitoring · automation

A connectivity watcher for the Trinity node: collects evidence, records incidents, attempts online handling and sends notifications. It also documents the recurring r8169 network fault.

Infrastructure · service

The OpenCode container for the el-comms0001 node. It mirrors the Trinity worker pattern with its own namespace, PVC, configmap, deployment and client installer.
